Nadine Johnson is a children’s clothing designer and her brand is called HeartFelt 4 Kids, and she is based in Brooklyn, New York, USA. She makes kids clothing from bamboo felt then embroiders and embellishes them. Nadine also uses wool felt and is a total felt fan!!

Feltmeupdesigns is the work of an artist, illustrator, felt maker and fiber artist based in Scarborough, UK. She started as an embroiderer but became addicted to felt making after several years of flirting with it on various courses and even teaching a couple of sessions on felt to her students when she taught in Colleges.
Eventually the call of the felt became too much and she took up a little community course for fun where she fell in love with felting.
The birds of the menagerie came from a lovely little woman called Beryl who lived upstairs from her, she fed birds on her window sill and the seed used to patter down on to my porch. She collected feathers and said that they were signs from the angels… she made her first bird for Beryl.
An example of her birds is Tweet. She says: Tweet is a baby bird of plumness. Tweet birds are very good at bringing joy and love into people’s lives and this Tweet is no exception. Tweet likes romantic movies and especially loves Love Actually, especially the wedding scene right at the beginning! Tweet would like to be a wedding planner one day!
Tweet is made from florists wire and needle felt, she stands at approx 3 inches high. She is made from lovely plum 100% organically farmed merino wool tops with little white spots on her belly.
This tweet has silver paper wrapped wire legs.
Tweet is not a toy and is not suitable for young children under the age of 12.
Design, Marketing, SEO | Bright New MediaThe iapetus gallery is in the picturesque town of Great Malvern in Worcestershire and is run by Anna Brook and Chris Marks. They started iapetus in November 2005 as the result of their frustration with the mass-produced offerings of many jewellery and giftware shops. The gallery now has three rooms full of handmade jewellery, gifts, home accessories, stationery, cards and gift wrapping from over 150 artists and small makers.
